Chae Rin lives as the granddaughter of Na Hae Geum, who is the owner of Makepacific. Hae Ran is driven insane after losing her daughter, Su A. Yeon Joo lives as a salesperson of Makepacific. Hae Geum blames Chae Rin for the kidnapping of Su A, so Chae Rin lives a tough life despite living with a rich family. and Yeon Joo wants to marry Eun Hyuk, but Eun Hyuk is hesitant.

Hae Geum locks up Chae Rin at a mental hospital as she refuses to marry Jae Sang. Chairman Moon thinks Hae Geum is suspicious, so he sends Eun Hyuk to find out what she is hiding and where Chae Rin has gone to. How Chae Rin got adopted to Hae Geum’s family and how she survived there is revealed. and Hae Ran and Hyun Sook meet again at a wedding dress shop, and Hae Ran makes a big fuss again.

Eun Hyuk gets caught by Chae Rin while he tries to retrieve his wiretap. They both try to threaten each other, but things don't work out so favorable for Chae Rin. Chairman Moon orders Chae Rin to go to cooking lessons and take Eun Hyuk as her driver. Meanwhile, Yeon Joo visits Chae Rin's house and gets found by Hae Ran. and Chae Rin rushes home as she hears that Hae Ran is having another seizure.

Chae Rin gets trapped in a pit, but Eun Hyuk saves her. After her failure, Chae Rin tries to find another way to stop the strike at the construction site. Jae Sang makes another attempt to persuade the workers, but he fails again. Meanwhile, Hae Ran calls out Yeon Joo and tries to find out if she could be Su A, but Yeon Joo gets very offended.

Yeon Joo witnesses Eun Hyuk kissing Chae Rin right before her wedding and runs away out of shock. She attempts suicide, but Jae Sang manages to stop her. Hae Geum acts harsher to Chae Rin to stop her from returning to Makepacific, but Chae Rin decides to ignore her and return anyway. and Hae Ran goes out to see Yeon Joo once more and begs her to try wearing Su A's clothes.

Joon Sik is happy to see that everything is going well regarding the contract with China. Chae Rin tries to find out what happened to Jae Sang's ex-wive's companies with Eun Hyuk's help. Meanwhile, Yeon Joo figures out that Eun Hyuk was cheating on her for Chae Rin, so she tries to find a way to get back at her. and Yeon Joo and Eun Hyuk happen to meet each other once more.
