The magic cookbook moves to three new protectors: stepsiblings Zoe and Leo and their upstairs neighbor, Ish; the cookbook unlocks a centuries-old mystery that takes them on an historical adventure through Bay City in a race to find a secret recipe.

The trio must hide a magical coin from the Wesson family; in the process, the spell starts to hide other important items from their life.

The protectors cook a super-hearing spell so they can hear what song a silent music box is playing.

Just Add Grown-Ups
Zoe, Leo and Ish pretend to be adults for the day to obtain information about the Wessons and Zoe's dad.
