The story of two girls on a distant planet: 12-year-old Princess Yuki, who optimistically takes responsibility for ruling her kingdom Soleil, and 17-year-old Stella, a skilled Grandiga soldier who is always calm and collected.

Princess Yuki officially becomes the leader of her kingdom and despite her optimism, struggles to keep up with her new responsibilities.

The Truth of the War
Joshua refuses to tell Yuki about the raging war with Grandiga; Harlant comes up with a new type of Chrars called Tseurgear to try and gain an advantage against Grandiga.

The Smiling Soldier
Following the battle of Grad, forces prepare to move towards the capital; the soldiers discuss rumors about their commander.
EPISODE 4
The Choice of Hope
Soleil is in a grave battle against the Imperial Army and Princess Yuki remains depressed over Joshua. As Princess Yuki orders an evacuation, one group refuses to leave and stands against the Imperial Army to defend their town.
EPISODE 5
The Night of the Squad
Around the Dees river, the two forces remain in a stalemate. Stella and her squad are ordered to cross behind the enemy troops under the cover of darkness.
EPISODE 6
The Crossroads of Fate
Despite elite-looking mecha, the kingdom of Soleil lose ground to the Empire's overwhelming numbers and grow weary. Yuki tries to come up with a plan to win.
