Princess Akubi, daughter of King Genie, must begin her royal training in the human world by helping elementary school student Kantaro find his dream; but he's not impressed by magic or Akubi's well-intentioned efforts.

It's pandemonium in the human world when Akubi's little brother is released from the magic bottle by an unsuspecting and gassy Kan.

Akubi's fascination with smart phones grows, and the real chaos begins when Kan's friend Mario becomes smitten with Akubi's grown-up disguise.

Kan's parents meet Akubi and become fast friends, entrusting the genie with breaking the grade-schooler's slacker streak.

Kan is destined for social media stardom; or at least that's what Akubi believes, and she can think of nothing better than reaching this goal posting videos to T-Tube.

Kan is duped by his mom into attending open idol auditions, but it is Akubi and mother dearest who catch the eye of the head recruiter.
