Grant is contacted by the principal of a century-old high school in Pocatello, Idaho, that is rumored to be haunted; the school's security cameras capture an unexplained electrical disturbance, followed by what appears to be a ghostly apparition.

The Lady in the Window
The team travels to Albion, N.Y., to help a home renovator whose dream project has become a nightmare; a tale of warring wives and tragic death on the property has Grant and the team believing the home may be haunted by one of its former matriarchs.

Return to St. Augustine
The team comes to the aid of a woman in Hanover, Penn., who has been tortured for years by unexplained activity in her home; Grant returns to the St. Augustine Lighthouse to investigate a reported increase in paranormal activity around the landmark.

Guests and staff of a stately hotel find themselves seeking escape from a variety of spirits; the team learns of a history of destructive fires on the property; a forensic sketch artist is enlisted to help identify a mysterious "woman in white."

There's Something in the Seminary
Grant and the team travel to the Madison Seminary in Madison, Ohio, to help an enterprising amateur ghost hunter who got more than he bargained for when he purchased the former women's psychiatric hospital.

Dancing With the Dead
The Ghost Hunters visit the Athenaeum, which is a cultural center that has stood in the heart of Indianapolis for over 100 years.
