The daughter of Jubei Yagyu breaks free from a glacier where she has been trapped for 300 years, and moves to Japan as a middle school transfer student bent on taking Jiyuu Nanohana's coveted Lovely Eye Patch.

A mysterious swordswoman nearly kills Jiyu; Freesia agrees to stay with Jiyu for a night; the child reappears and introduces himself.

Kita Furo continues to battle Jiyu, but is defeated each time; Jiyu tries to give Furo the eyepatch, but it is taken by Ayunosuke.

While investigating, Mikage runs across the swordswoman just in time to save Ayunosuke from falling; Ayunosuke explains everything to Jiyu, but she still refuses to take the eyepatch.

The Siberian Yagyu decide to defeat Jubei and kidnap Freesia, forcing Jiyu to follow them to a castle to rescue her; Mikage's husband informs her about Kita Furo.
