The invitation letters for Young Bae's 80th birthday party need to be picked up. However, Ae Ri is busy pretending to be a highflier. Meanwhile, Sul Ak diligently wants to check on the cold storage before the day ends. There, he has an encounter with Gye Ok, who has been trimming the meat.

Sul Ak detests Gye Ok even more after remembering that she was the one who ruined his beloved pants from Italy. Meanwhile, Young Bae visits his accountant and listens to his lecture on inheritance and gift tax. He doesn't expect to live much longer since he's already 80 years old.

Sul Ak argues with Young Bae because he has no intention of running the noodle restaurant. Young Bae is furious. Meanwhile, Mr. Bae causes a racket at the market after finding out that one of his clients went to Gye Ok.

Young Bae's children struggle to earn brownie points by throwing him an 80th birthday party. Gye Ok is about to open her own diner. Han Ra's girlfriend dumps him after receiving money from his brother. Gye Ok delivers meat to Daejeon, but the meat goes bad, and Sul Ak gets mad.

As the meat Gye Ok delivers to Buruna Noodles goes bad, Ho Sik fires her. Sul Ak tells her she'll have to compensate for the loss that Buruna Noodles suffers. Young Bae dies of a heart attack, and his family struggles with the preparation of his funeral.

Young Bae falls in despair after witnessing his sons fighting over his estate. Meanwhile, Gye Ok tries to mend things with Sul Ak to no avail. Soo Min suggests seducing him.
