Since their youth, three friends wish for a life that they think is perfect; years later, it turns out that their lives are the opposite of that; one has a perverted husband, one who lost her husband and one, who can't see her husband often.

Ma-ri does not give Nak-gu what he wants; she makes it official that she will never divorce Nak-gu; Jin-ah catches a criminal who is suspected to be the Squirrel; as the criminal gets unmasked, Jin-ah is shocked to see that he is someone she knows.

Ma-ri is in search of evidence that Nak-gu was having an affair in April 2021; she digs into a speeding ticket of that day in hopes of finding a photo of both Nak-gu and Go-eun; Nak-gu goes to a divorce specialist lawyer to win against Ma-ri.

Ma-ri finds Nak-gu and Go-eun when the two are on their way to get married; the aggressive car chase ends up sending Ma-ri and Nak-gu to a hospital; Woo-bin suddenly appears in front of Jin-ah; Jin-ah impulsively takes him home and locks him up.

Ma-ri and Nak-gu face off in their legal dispute; they use every evidence they have to get the upper hand; Woo-bin stays at Jin-ah's place; one night, the two catch the Squirrel as Woo-bin clearly remembers how he looks like.

The whole family is gathered as Ma-ri and Nak-gu continue to argue over matters regarding their divorce; to make things worse, Ma-ri and Nak-gu's mothers meddle in and make the situation worse; Hee-soo and Jin-ah go through life-changing moments.
