A well-known gangster lawyer, Sangpil, hears that Munsuk is in charge of the case of murder that happened in his hometown so he takes off.

Sangpil rearranges the office that his mother used and opens Lawless Law Firm and appeals the culprit to assign Sangpil as his attorney.

After Sangpil successfully saved Jae-i from Kwan-dong, he arrives at the court but he gets arrested by his spontaneous act. On behalf of Sangpil, Jae-i ferrets out the case.

While Sangpil sets a trap to keep O-ju becoming the mayor of Kisung. Jae-i goes to see Hyungman alone and hears shocking news from Munsuk.

Sangpil finally revealed his real self to Munsuk and spills all out about Munsuk and O-ju to Jae-i. But instead, Jae-i begins to doubt about Sangpil and goes off to Munsuk.

Jae-i hears that Munsuk is involved in his mother's disappearance and panics. Hearing that the evidence might have been manipulated by Hyungman, Sangpil and Jae-i begin to track down the truck that left footage on the video.
