Assistant prosecutor Eun Bong-hee and prosecutor Noh Ji-wook get off to a bad start; Bong-hee begins her internship and is shocked to learn she will be working under Ji-wook.

Bong-hee is accused of murder and Ji-wook is assigned to prosecute her case; Ji-wook comes across a critical piece of evidence that could have a great effect on the case.

Bong-hee tries uncover the true identity of Hee-joon's killer, with a melody as her only clue; Bong-hee and Ji-wook appear in court representing opposing clients.

Hee-joon's killer makes contact with Bong-hee, warning her to stop looking for him; Bong-hee stays over at Ji-wook's house while searching for a job.

Bong-hee pretends to be Ji-wook's girlfriend when he runs into Yoo-jung; Ji-wook leaves the office to start his own law firm.
