Hodiak investigates Gladern's murder through his wife Lucille. Manson hides Emma, but Hodiak ultimately finds her and brings her home.

A Change Is Gonna Come
Hodiak is challenged by the Black Panthers when he investigates a murder in South Central. Emma runs away from home, and Hodiak pays Manson a visit.
EPISODE 6
A Whiter Shade of Pale
Manson recovers from Hodiak's beating and thanks Shafe and Butano. Hodiak helps Shafe uncover who is harassing his family.
