Bak Ha, pregnant and widowed, demands to see the president of Guseong Group; she gets taken away by security as she tries to clear her husband's name of embezzlement and suicide.

Shortly after marrying Bak Ha, Jin Gu dies; before this, Guseong Group's Director Oh told Jin Gu to leave the country until things settle down; pro golfer Woo Jae tries to break up with the granddaughter of Guseong Group's president.

Director Oh's son returns to Korea with an MBA from Harvard; as he walks into Guseong Hotel, he sees Bak Ha being dragged out; mistakenly, he believes her to be his grandfather's mistress; later, Bak Ha starts to go into labor in front of Nakwon Inn.

Hae Jun spots Bak Ha leaving Nakwon Inn, and to his surprise, her belly is flat; he confronts her about it; Poong Ki accidentally bumps into Do Hee at a plastic surgery clinic, and exchanges heated words.

Do Hee implores Hae Ri to stay focused on work now that Hae Jun is back; the two grandchildren of Guseong Group, Hae Ri and Hae Jun, quarrel over who the rightful heir is; meanwhile, Wang Sam gets a glimpse of Eun Ji and falls for her.
