Lynton, Sarah Clare and Callum deliver the best menu in the team challenge and now have a chance to win immunity from the first elimination; one huge obstacle stands in their way - keeping up with Gordon Ramsay.

The contestants face the reality of twists in the kitchen, which they must overcome if they want to survive.

The contestants must cook with ingredients sourced by locals who grow fruit and vegetables in their backyards; the three most impressive dishes from the mystery box challenge get the chance to compete in an immunity challenge.

Contestants compete against the other contestant on their bench; each bench's best dish keeps them safe, while the remaining contestants face an elimination round.
