The summer kicks off, and it's time to meet travel-loving Norwegians who are looking forward to feeling the southern heat again. Hilda bubbles over with enthusiasm because she is finally going back on a charter holiday.

Aurora and Ann Mariell try to mingle among the southern tourists on Gran Canaria. Bjørge's great passion is onions so he and his wife Tove go on an onion safari. We get to know a whole new form of tourism as Marius and Carina hunt for rare Pokémon.

For the untrained Tove, it can present challenges when she and her husband Bjørge go on a dolphin safari while their friends Fred-Åge and Sven Erik go on a shopping trip. A group of boys from Stavanger are getting ready for a week on Gran Canaria.
