MasterChef Australia: The Professionals

For the first challenge of the series, the contestants are divided into six teams and each are allocated a course.

The Red and Green teams take part in the Tram Challenge.

The winning team has immunity; the losing Green team "cooks for their lives."

Sixteen remaining contestant chefs enter the MC kitchen to be introduced to "the reinvention test."

The fifteen remaining chefs must make a layered wedding cake in another team challenge.

After losing yesterday's Zumbo Wedding Cake Challenge, the teams gather for an elimination service challenge.
