Ainsley Eats The Streets

Ainsley heads to Istanbul and encounters slow-roasted sheep's head, loquats stuffed with cumin-spiced meatballs, and braised lamb with young figs.

Ainsley visits the Caribbean, where he ventures down the backstreets in search of the true local food. He spends time with the locals, cooks roti on the beach with Mr Delicious, fries up spectacular fishcakes, and tries the hottest hot sauce ever.

Ainsley travels to Reykjavik, Iceland, to discover a truly exciting traditional and modern cuisine. She prepares a local classic of langoustines in garlic butter, and there is also gravadlax and ceviche, malted bread, and cakes cooked in a geyser.

Ainsley's street food odyssey goes to Osaka, where he discovers the art of making okonomiyaki, tries Japanese-style tapas, and makes oyster tempura and udon noodles with chilli prawns.

Ainsley travels to Palermo on the Italian island of Sicily and prepares seafood pasta on the beach, using freshly caught tuna; Ainsley samples local delicacies including fried calamari, stuffed sardines and the island's unique recipe for pesto.

Ainsley travels to Taiwan and discovers it is one of the greatest food destinations in the world. He finds fragrant braised fish and chilli pork stir-fry, and cooks Taiwan prawns with garlic and chilli.
