Akira Oono wakes up and finds that he is trapped inside his favourite online video game. As he searches for a way to get out, he stumbles upon a dishevelled young girl who attaches herself to him.

On their way to the Holy Capital, the gang becomes involved in the various problems that are troubling a small village.

While having a dinner banquet in honour of Aku at the Holy Capital, the celebration is interrupted by a dangerous cult with a thirst for blood.
