Ten pastry chefs enter the kitchen to begin a journey to compete for $100,000. The judges announce that the winner of the first challenge will win a brand-new advantage.

The nine remaining contestants compete in an intense team relay for the chance to secure immunity from the next elimination.

The chefs find the kitchen transformed so that it resembles a scene from a quintessential Aussie country town, with a table displaying classic country treats: lamingtons, vanilla slices and custard tarts.

In the kitchen, the contestants find Cirque du Soleil, who dazzle them with an amazing performance from their show Luzia.
