An Oregon fisherman struggling with a trauma from his past makes a brutal and unprovoked attack on Tod.

Tod and Buz suffer a series of odd misfortunes after they give a ride to a local jinx, but the man has a chance to redeem himself when his brother is wrongly arrested.

An ageing former gangster, just released from prison, hires Tod and Buz when he feels that a person from his past is trying to kill him.

Buz vows to end the reign of a surfing `king' after seeing his callous reaction to a fellow surfer's senseless death.

After being the unwitting accomplice in a cruel practical joke, Buz enlists Tod's aid to help the victim (Sorrell Booke) redeem himself.

Tod enlists horror-film actors (Boris Karloff, Peter Lorre, Lon Chaney Jr.) to get back at Buz, who won't share his hotel escort duties.
