While dealing with the disappearance of his father, young Takyua Arima receives a strange letter in the mail and is lead to some local cliffs. Strange things occur and Takyua meets a mysterious girl.

Takuya tries to learn what powers his new device has and its limitations. He puts it to use when his mother is threatened.

Ayumi holds a meeting with the townspeople to discuss the deadly lightning strikes. She's starting to crack under the pressure of running her job site.

Ayumi begins acting strange the day after the meeting with the townspeople, and Takuya suspects that something is very wrong.

When the time comes to put the Reflector Device to use, Takuya finds that it is more difficult than he thought it would be.

Now that Ayumi is safe, Takuya must find a way to prove her innocence. He and Kaori break into Geotech to get the information needed to clear her name.
