Two DEA agents make the bust of a lifetime when they capture drug lord Memo Lucero. However, nature abhors a vacuum and the crime boss's replacement is the even more dangerous and mysterious Diablo, who orders a hit on Vetter. Vetter escapes but his wife is killed and now it's personal. As he and his partner follow the leads, it becomes obvious that Diablo is more dangerous than Memo ever was.
