When the company's spokesperson is accused of a crime, Glenn begins to worry he should know more about his employees. Amy and Jonah play pranks on each other. Cheyenne annoys Garrett with her baby talk.

The new district manager visits and decides to make some cuts to save money. Amy and Jonah plead with her to not fire anyone and Mateo struggles to prove his skills on the cash register.
