Scott Fellows
Scott Fellows is an American television writer and producer. He is the creator and executive producer of Nickelodeon's Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, DHX Media's Johnny Test, and for Nickelodeon's hit Kids-Choice-Award-winning TV series Big Time Rush.
Fellows had been previously working as a staff writer for the second, third and fourth seasons of The Fairly OddParents, Wrote some episodes for of The Buzz On Maggie, Martha Speaks, and a couple of episodes of Recess. He was even nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Music and Lyrics for the show in 2003. His earlier writing credits also include episodes of Weinerville, U to U, 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd and Doug.
