Scott Rosenbaum

Writer and producer Scott Rosenbaum is best known for his work on "The Shield," a cop show set in inner-city Los Angeles that detailed the corruption both within and outside the force. This popular and also critically acclaimed series, which starred Michael Chiklis, Catherine Dent, Walton Goggins, and CCH Pounder, ran from 2002 to 2008, and Rosenbaum had writing credits on 16 episodes, including "Jailbait," "Baptism by Fire," "Exiled," and "Spanish Practices." He also did work on that series as a co-producer in 2004, a supervising producer in 2005, a co-executive producer in 2006, and finally a full executive producer in 2007. That same year, Rosenbaum moved to the spy show "Chuck," about a computer geek who has downloaded critical information into his brain. He wrote nine scripts for "Chuck" and served as executive producer for most of the episodes. Rosenbaum has also been a writer and executive producer for the sci-fi show "V."
