When Rory spies Logan out on the town with another girl, she immediately regrets their agreement to date other people.

When the townspeople stage famous paintings, Rory portrays a young woman in a Renaissance work, Lorelai appears as the beauty in Renoir's "Dance at Bougival," and Kirk embodies Jesus in Da Vinci's "The Last Supper."

Lorelai invites friends and family to a test run of the opening of the Dragonfly Inn, but preparations for the big day keep her from thinking about Luke's feelings for her.

When Luke agrees to build sets for the elementary school's production of "Fiddler on the Roof," he knows that Lorelai is the costume designer and hopes that their paths will cross.

Lorelai suggests that she and Luke double-date with Rory and Dean, but things don't quite go as planned; Emily and Richard are lonely and lost without each other, but neither wants to take the first step toward reconciliation.
