S2, E14: Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Adam (Oliver Hudson) attempt to practice fiscal responsibility as they consider buying their apartment. Audrey (Megyn Price) and Jeff (Patrick Warburton) offer to write their letter of recommendation, but end up making matters worse when they have a run-in with the landlady. Meanwhile Russell (David Spade) is forced to find a new dive when a waitress at the diner turns out to be one of his scorned ex-lovers.
