Chile, Cheese and Chicken Enchiladas

S3, E6: Chicken Breast, mild chile peppers, onion and cheese are wrapped in tortillas and topped with simple red and green reduced sauces. Black beans, cilantro and chile pepper enchiladas and topped with cheese.
