S1, E5: Already roped into helping Alice face her fears over not being good enough for Alonzo, Ben (Matthew Perry) takes in Roman after discovering he's been living at the Sunshine Center and not with his mom. Ben gets Crystal to reveal the source of her hostility towards the Smurfs on Ice, and gives her an opportunity to realize a dream as well as make things right with Roman.
