S3, E8: When a homeless woman goes missing from a shelter linked to a previous case, Jack suspects Rick Knowles (recurring guest star Tony Goldwyn - "The Last Samurai," "From the Earth to the Moon")--one of two identical twins--who manipulated his brother, Greg (also played by Goldwyn), into confessing to the murders of several other homeless women.
