Fall from Grace

S4, E1: A man was skydiving when he fell from the sky. He rushed to the ground, but the man crashed to the ground and died. His family and fiancée, who were enjoying the skydive together, landed a few minutes later. Only Andre's parachute did not open. It seemed like an unfortunate accident, but a cut mark was found on the parachute wire.
