Popeye decides he needs a wife and rushes to a matrimonial bureau where he selects Olive Oyl's picture. Bluto is also looking for a wife and picks the same picture. Both Bluto and Popeye grab the startled Olive and the three rush off to the Justice of the Peace where a surprise ending awaits all.
