S2, E18: Attorney Beth Davenport needs Rockford's help after she counsels a stock broker in a tax suit and suddenly finds herself in jail and the target of an assassination attempt. While Beth is reluctant to reveal to Rockford details about her clients, broker Arnold Bailey and union executive Fred Metcalf, she realizes their activities extend into the underworld and that not only her life but others are threatened.
