M1, T6: A VIP hotel reviewer comes to stay at the hotel, and the staff bends over backwards to make his stay the best ever. But when they discover they've been catering to the wrong guy all weekend (and giving the real reviewer terrible service) can they fix things before the hotel is given a terrible review? Meanwhile, The Big Kahuna predicts the arrival of El Duderino, a once-in-a-generation perfect wave. Will their competition for the wave drive a wedge between Reef and Broseph?
