A street-gang member kills the gang's leader and blames it on a rival gang. Eddie "Cat" Murkil (David Kyle) kills his way to the top of his Los Angeles street gang, the Silks. Get it? The Silks? Neither do we, but this is 70's schlock B-movie so-bad-it's-good stuff so dive in and enjoy!
