DELINQUENT is the story of Jakob Levin, a rebellious teen caught in a downward spiral of drug addiction, and violence. Forced to own up to his mistakes, Jakob is sentenced by the courts to work on his uncle Joseph's organic farm on Salt Spring Island. But soon after arriving, Jakob discovers there’s much more to the farm than first appears - the farm is actually a front for an illegal, underground raw milk organization. With the help of Laura, a young farmhand, Jakob works to uncover the truth about the farm, while struggling to keep one step ahead of the law.
