After successfully breaking out into the web comic world and saving his wife and daughter, former secret agent Jun (Kwon Sang Woo) seems to have made a great life for himself. But behind the scenes, things aren't doing so well: despite moving into a new apartment and buying a new car, Jun's bills are just growing larger. Worst of all, the second season of his web comic is constantly criticized for its poor writing – even by Jun's own daughter. One day, Jun receives an anonymous email with an idea for a story. Believing that the message was from a fan, Jun uses the email as inspiration for his next comic chapter, featuring a bomb made out of an alarm clock. Shortly after, however, a series of bombs seemingly inspired by the comic terrorize the nation, and Jun is the prime suspect. Can Jun prove his innocence, or has he written himself into a situation he can't get out of? This is the sequel to the 2020 film "Hitman: Agent Jun."
