In Your Hands

Hoping to do some good, Anna, a protestant minister, begins working in a women's prison. There she meets Kate, an inmate who is rumored to have the supernatural ability to heal people. While serving in this reform institution, Anna learns that she is pregnant and that the child is at risk. Despite what she has learned about Kate and the reason for her incarceration, Anna puts faith in those powers and wants Kate to lay her hands upon the unborn child. Reality hits hard as this Dogme 95 film displays the hardships life sometimes presents.
