Let's Love
A decade after their last hit romance, 'Don’t Delete the Kisses,' was released, four of the film’s main talents reunite in Wales for a planned fan convention. Screenwriter Nigel and director Andrea join the two lead actors who played the young lovebirds, Jackson and Jessica—although Jackson is now married to Andrea, their relationship is faltering. Nigel has long carried a quiet crush on Andrea, while Jess has never shaken off her character’s attraction to Jackson. For them, the reunion brings both anticipation and trepidation, with hopes that the event might spark personal renewal and career revival. But when the well-meaning yet inept local studio executive, Ronnie, bungles the booking and is forced to cancel the convention, the group faces a lost weekend. To make amends, Ronnie promises that studio boss Jerry will soon be in town, offering them a chance to pitch a sequel idea. With only a loose concept and a slim hope of reviving their careers, the four journey back to the film’s original locations in search of inspiration. Their weekend takes a chaotic turn when two overzealous superfans, Ashley and Ashleigh, offer them lodging at a former filming location and lure them into an impromptu camping trip in the mountains. As old tensions surface and new dynamics take shape, the group is forced to confront unfinished business in both love and ambition. By the time they finally pitch—via a last-minute Zoom call with Jerry—the weekend’s missteps, revelations, and reconciliations infuse their heartfelt sequel idea with unexpected honesty. At once a relationship comedy and a story of second chances, 'Let's Love' explores themes of unrequited feelings, unfulfilled dreams, and a touch of stalking, while placing its characters in situations far outside their comfort zones.
