Last holiday season, Carley Kincaid wrote a list of resolutions to complete in the coming year, but now that it's December again, she hasn't accomplished any. She's still stuck working for the same company, and worse, she's been assigned the task of babysitting the CEO's son Wyatt when he gets promoted over her. Meanwhile, Carley gets Wyatt to make some positive changes, and even helps him embrace the holiday traditions he's been avoiding. As the days tick down and Christmas nears, Carley hits a snag questioning if it’s really possible to change in just one month. Wyatt tries to keep her spirits up, admitting he has feelings for her, so clearly a lot can change. Eventually, Carley realizes it’s more about the journey, and that as long as she has Wyatt by her side, they can face anything together.
