When Rachel is told by doctors that her baby died after birth she refuses to accept their story. At the hospital she meets Daniel, a janitor who believes her baby was switched with the child of a prostitute. Together they embark on an a relentless investigation through a seedy underworld which exposes conspiracy and corruption in the medical world.
