The Last Day of Retrograde

On the last day of retrograde, Fetsy and her boyfriend, Skylar, both early 20s, unsuccessfully pitch their amateur video art piece to a prestigious - yet unhinged - gallery owner, Christine Taylor Rose, who states that the art should’ve been a live theater piece. Fetsy lies and says there’s a performance that night at her childhood home. She must rally a team including a goofy guidance counselor, moody teens, and a secret lover to put on a performance that will dazzle Christine Taylor Rose. Fetsy and company undergo dramatic transformations when they navigate an accidental drug dosage, apparitions of a recently deceased acquaintance, unrequited love and heartbreak.
