Jackie Fontaine and Kitchity Katchatty (Puppet) are two has-been show biz icons who plot to scam the beauty pageant world by producing a fake pageant; called The Miss OTB Beauty Pageant. They bring everyone in from the Las Vegas community in support of OTB awareness. So, what could go wrong when you mix in beauty contestants, one over bearing mother, two has-beens, and goons who have had a little too much to drink? All are consumed by greed, fame, and fortune.
