After an undercover drug bust goes wrong, 40 kilos of heroin goes missing, and someone is killing all the cops involved one by one. Paranoia takes a hold of the unit as they start to question each other's loyalty. As trust slowly fades between colleagues Salt (Daryl Hannah) and Max (Michael Madsen) they are forced to make some very costly choices.
