Bandleader Roger Bond (Gene Raymond) and his band, The Yankee Clippers, are fired from their gig in Miami when he flirts with the lady guests--especially with the beautiful Brazilian Belinha De Rezende (Dolores del Rio). But arriving in Rio de Janiero, Roger must vie with Belinha's beau, Julio Rubiero (Raul Roulien), for the lady's heart.
