Alan Feinstein

Alan Feinstein (aka Alan Yorke) began acting in television series in 1963, appearing in dozens of TV shows before receiving his break in a starring role in the 1976 detective series "Jigsaw John." Two years later, he had another starring role, in the show "Runaways." Continuing to work into the '80s, Feinstein had his next recurring role in 1985, playing Max Kaufman on the soap opera "Berrenger's," set in a New York department store. The show was canceled after a year and Feinstein went on to guest appearances on the well known soap operas "Knots Landing" and "General Hospital." In 1989 he played Malcolm Sinclair on the prime-time soap "Falcon Crest." Though Feinstein has worked consistently since the '60s, major roles have eluded him for most of his career. In the '00s he has had guest appearances on the shows "Nip/Tuck," "NYPD Blue," and "Crossing Jordan." In addition to his television work, Feinstein has enjoyed a successful stage career.
