Andrew Shaifer

Andrew Shaifer was a vibrant source of comedy on the big screen, bringing laughter and joy to many audiences over the course of his Hollywood career. Shaifer started acting in action films like "A Low Down Dirty Shame" (1994) with Keenen Ivory Wayans and "Bulletproof" (1996) starring Damon Wayans. He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including parts on "Living Single" (Fox, 1992-98) and "Ellen" (1993-98). He continued to work steadily in sitcoms throughout the nineties, appearing on "Dharma & Greg" (ABC, 1997-2002). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the Dana Carvey comedy "The Master of Disguise" (2002), the comedy "Kids in America" (2005) with George Wendt and "Greetings From the Shore" (2008) with Kim Shaw. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The West Wing" (NBC, 1999-2006). He also was featured in the TV movie "Dinner & Driving" (HBO, 1999-2000). Shaifer most recently acted in the thrilling adaptation "Race to Witch Mountain" (2009) with Dwayne Johnson.
