When Leslie (Amy Poehler) hears her mom'’s (guest star Pamela Reed) story about an old flame (guest star John Larroquette), she and her boyfriend Justin (guest star Justin Theroux) track him down and reunite them on Valentine’'s Day. Meanwhile, Andy (Chris Pratt) and his band are nervous about playing a gig at the Senior Center. Aziz Ansari, Nick Offerman, and Aubrey Plaza also star.

On Brennan and Booth’s first official day back at their respective positions at the Jeffersonian and the FBI, things get exciting when remains are found at a fish farm under suspicious conditions, prompting them to investigate. After it’s discovered that someone harvested several of the victim’s internal organs before he was dumped in the water, Angela tracks down the seller and buyer of the organs to try to uncover important details in the case. Meanwhile, Booth readjusts to his position back at the FBI and discovers Aubrey has taken over his old office; Hodgins pushes Angela to showcase her photography work; and Cam struggles with her decision to choose work over her relationship with Arastoo.

Zoe tries to improve the town's perception of Joel; George is pleasantly surprised with Lynly; Lavon is desperate to be part of the Gazebos of Alabama calendar.

Jonah spills a secret about Brick; Zoe decides to express her feelings; Lemon and Wade each think they know what is best for the Rammer Jammer; antics ensue when Tansy's brothers visit unexpectedly.
