A plane carrying Sandy and Flipper to the Bahamas crashes in the ocean after a bird strike. Sandy gets pinned under a crate during the crash landing, leaving the pilots struggling to free him from the wreckage.

A girl is placed in a straight jacket, securely locked in a trunk and cast to the bottom of the sea. It's all part of a carnival act - except she doesn't come up! Mike Nelson learns the secret of the act in time to save the girl from drowning.
