While on a date, Jules steps into a hostage situation in progress at a restaurant. The SRU's are called in to take down the gunman, who is convinced that the restaurant is owned by a terrorist who is planning an attack.

An unlikely ally reveals to Lexi that an Egyptian official has files which could lead her to Farouk. But in order to get to the information, she must enlist Danny in a dangerous plan while lying to him about the source of her lead. Also, Farouk takes a risk to get back the items he stole from the Pyramids, which he needs in order to fund his operations.

FBI agents Martin Foster (Chuck Shamata) and Hewlitt (Frank Pellegrino) kill a scientist. His father, Charlie (Lawrence Dane), asks Amanda and Wolfe for help. After they find genetically modified seeds in another dead scientist's house, they are arrested by FBI. Foster bails them out to get the seeds, but they reveal the story to the press. Foster walks free after his trial and is killed by Charlie, who is killed by Hewlitt.

A gunman tries to kill Craddock as he escorts Willie Haddon to the steamship that will take him to Paris.
