David Haig

David Haig was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He appeared in a number of television specials, including "Sweet Danger" (1990-91), "Portrait of a Marriage" (PBS, 1991-92) and "Inspector Morse, Series VII: Dead on Time" (PBS, 1993-94). He also acted in various film roles at the time, appearing in the drama "Dark Enemy" (1984) with Rory MacFarquhar and the Mel Smith comedy "Morons From Outer Space" (1985). Following that project, Haig worked on mostly television programs, including "The Thin Blue Line" (NBC, 1995-97) and "Hustle" (AMC, undefined). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the Sandra Bullock comedy "Two Weeks Notice" (2002). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Penny Dreadful" (Showtime, 2014-16). He also appeared in "Florence Foster Jenkins" (2016) with Meryl Streep. He also was featured in the TV movies "My Boy Jack" (PBS, 2007-08) and "The 39 Steps" (PBS, 2009-2010). Haig most recently acted on "The Witness For The Prosecution" (BBC 1, 2016).
